When do I get the property address for my stay?
To help you plan your arrival, we’ll send the property address and all necessary details 72 hours before check-in. This gives you ample time to prepare for your stay. On the day of check-in, you’ll receive clear instructions for a simple self-check-in process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa and Mastercard for all direct bookings. Simply choose your preferred payment method when securing your reservation, and we’ll handle the rest to ensure a smooth and easy booking experience.
Can I get a full refund?
Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund if the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to check-in. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date.
What are the terms and conditions to stay at one of your accommodations?
Our terms and conditions are available through the booking link, and all guests are required to review and accept them prior to arrival. Please note that all guests must adhere to the NSW Government Code of Conduct for Short-Term Rental Accommodations during their stay to ensure a respectful and enjoyable experience for everyone.
